QUALITY FIRST COLLABORATIVE is establishing a Volunteer Advisory Board in support of the program's Mission.

We believe to create, sustain and enhance the services provided within the programmatic scope
of QFC, there should be a routine forum for review and guidance in the following areas:

• Review of standardized tools to ensure they are capturing "the customers' view.
• Review of QFC's interviewing processes.
• Establish methods for measuring the accountability of QFC team members' professionalism.
• Recommendations for staff development.
• Recommendations for program marketing.
• Support and review of QFC project goals.
• Advisors will aid in strategic planning toward marketing, networking, and procuring provider contractual agreements.

The QFC advisory board will be comprised of self-advocates, family members, service providers,concerned citizens, Vision for EQuality, Inc., Executive Directors, QUALITY FIRST COLLABORATIVE Managers and QUALITY FIRST COLLABORATIVE Team representation.

Vision for EQuality, Inc, Executive Directors, Audrey Coccia and Maureen Devaney, will extend Invitations for Advisory Board participation.
