QUALITY FIRST COLLABORATIVE is developing a "quality rating system" to aid consumers in making important decisions regarding the path to take towards person-centered life planning. The QFC rating offers a seal of approval from a conflict-free, third party perspective with the needs and rights of persons with intellectual disablities our priority. With nearly 20 years of service to the community of people with intellectual disabilities, QUALITY FIRST COLLABORATIVE under the Vision for EQuality, Inc. umbrella offers a uniquely qualified perspective on the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
