We at QUALITY FIRST COLLABORATIVE believe that all people should participate as valued members of their community, weaving their gifts and talents into the colorful threads which create the fabric of life.
The services available to the people QFC supports include:
- Advocacy - QUALITY FIRST COLLABORATIVE Team members support people in Individual Support Planning (ISP) meetings, discharge planning and increased service needs.
- Training, information and resources - QFC connects individuals to appropriate training such as the The Pennsylvania Training Partnership for People with Disabilities and Families. We assist and facilitate relevant training development.
- Creative person centered planning approaches - QUALITY FIRST COLLABORATIVE enables frank discussions regarding self-directed programs, resources for person-centered planning tools and assistance in self-determination decisions.
- Individual Rights Information - QFC directs people to pertinent written materials regarding client rights, Web based resources, informational pamphlets and individualized training.
- Information Related to Waiver Services - QUALITY FIRST COLLABORATIVE assists with Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) bulletins, service preferences, menu of available services within Waiver Rights Services and appropriate educational programs.
