LBPH is a part of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. It serves Pennsylvania residents who have difficulty reading due to physical impairment, a reading disability, or a vision challenge. They have many free services available on-site, via mail, and/or digitally. Individuals must send an application for services.
