DESCRIPTION:Please join us for Part 2 of this two-part virtual presentation with Darcy Elks. \nEach session will run for two hours and will feature an engaging slide presentation along with opportunities for participant interaction. The content is grounded in the work of Dr. Wolfensberger\, a globally respected leader\, teacher\, and advocate for individuals with disabilities and their families. \nIn this session\, we will focus on the importance of valued social roles in the lives of people with disabilities. Together\, we will brainstorm examples of valued roles and discuss the many benefits they offer.
