DESCRIPTION:Everyday challenges can take a toll on anyone\, but caregivers face extra challenges. We strive for a balanced lifestyle in order to keep our families running smoothly. Achieving that balance relies heavily on our executive functioning (i.e. organizing\, planning\, and time management). It can feel as though we are the default person for everything our families need. Join us as we discuss key strategies of executive functioning and supporting strategies for your role as a caregiver. We will also cover activities for supporting executive functioning in children under 5. \nThis presentation will be offered twice but you only need to register once.
