Join us as we discuss how to enhance our self-care through music\, movement\, and relaxation techniques\, allowing us to process and express emotions\, relieve stress\, reconnect with ourselves\, and feel creative. Open to all caregivers. This workshop will be offered twice\, but you only need to register once.
