In some cases\, that exhaustion and frustration – which may lead to symptoms of burnout – are caused by lack of boundaries. Taught by Megan Do Nascimento: She is a Philadelphia native who studied dance at the High School for Creative and Performing Arts and Spanish at Temple University. She first practiced yoga while undergoing treatment for breast cancer six years ago. Yoga became a safe space that allowed Megan to disconnect from treatment and feel power. DESCRIPTION:Being a caregiver for our loved ones can be gratifying\, but also exhausting and frustrating at times. In some cases\, that exhaustion and frustration – which may lead to symptoms of burnout – are caused by lack of boundaries. Join us\, as we discuss how we take care of ourselves as caregivers by setting personal boundaries that would help us prevent burnout.
