DESCRIPTION:It can be easy to be very critical of ourselves\, especially as caregivers. We engage with a negative voice inside our head that judges\, criticizes\, and undermines our confidence. It makes us doubt our abilities. Join us as we learn how to quiet our inner critic and build the voice of our inner coach\, which is the internal voice of support\, encouragement\, and positive self-talk. This workshop will be offered twice\, but you only need to register once.
