Many individuals use Participant Directed Services to pursue their Vision and create the life they want. Join the PA Family Network and local experts as we explore more about Participant Direction and offer resources and information. DESCRIPTION:This weekly\, virtual\, Chair Dance Cardio class is meant to be a whole-body workout that’s actually fun! It’s good for your heart and it will get your body moving to your favorite songs. Taught by Megan Do Nascimento: She is a Philadelphia native who studied dance at the High School for Creative and Performing Arts and Spanish at Temple University. She first practiced yoga while undergoing treatment for breast cancer six years ago. Yoga became a safe space that allowed Megan to disconnect from treatment and feel power.
