Be it autism\, cerebral palsy\, down syndrome\, fragile X\, Klinefelter syndrome or other lifelong conditions\,  those words can shake you to the core and alter the trajectories you had for your life and theirs. Grief sneaks up on us during those times and bring along other emotional challenges caregivers did not anticipate. Join us for this 1 hour workshop on grief for those caring for children birth to five years of age who are impacted by autism\, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. DESCRIPTION:This is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. It can improve your flexibility\, concentration and strength\, while boosting your mood\, and reducing stress and joint strain. Taught by Megan Do Nascimento: She is a Philadelphia native who studied dance at the High School for Creative and Performing Arts and Spanish at Temple University.
