Story by
The wife of a Gloucester County man charged with murder says her husband strangled their 40-year-old daughter, who struggled with multiple disabilities and didn’t speak.
Dennis J. Hall, 71, of Franklinville, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his daughter, Devin Hall.
Dennis Hall told a police dispatcher and arriving officers that he had strangled the victim, and he thought she was dead, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Devin was taken to a local hospital before being transferred to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where she was removed from life support and died on Friday, June 12.
