The Gold Book – English and Spanish
The mission of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is to support Pennsylvanians with developmental disabilities to achieve greater independence, choice and opportunity in their lives. The office seeks to continuously improve an effective system of accessible services and supports that are flexible, innovative and person-centered.
The service system that is supported by the Office of Developmental Programs is varied and vast. For those new to the system this can be overwhelming. For individuals and families new to the system or for anyone interested in navigating ODP, the Gold Book is intended to be a guide to the system. The information contained in this publication was gathered from a variety of sources. It has been compiled and related in what we hope is a readable and helpful format.
