– What is IM4Q? It is the opportunity Individuals and Families have to give direct feedback on their services received from PA’s Office of Developmental Programs.
– The teams we meet with are trained, including people with disabilities and family members. IM4Q team members strive to have friendly conversations about your everyday life with a focus on satisfaction, dignity and rights, choice and control, relationships, and inclusion.

– Our content expert is Nancy LeClair, Director of Monitoring Programs at Vision for Equality.
– The Family Information Exchange is held on the THIRD Thursday of each month from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
