Being a caregiver for our loved ones can be gratifying, but also exhausting and frustrating at times. In some cases, that exhaustion and frustration – which may lead to symptoms of burnout – are caused by lack of boundaries. Join us, as we discuss how we take care of ourselves as caregivers by setting personal boundaries that would help us prevent burnout. This workshop will be offered twice, but you only need to register once. All who register will receive the recording and a copy of the presentation.
