The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) provides services for individuals with
intellectual disabilities and/or autism through the Person/Family Directed Supports,
Community Living and Consolidated Waivers. Join the PA Family Network Advisors in this 2-
part workshop which will expand in more detail what was presented in the Waiver Basics
(101) Workshops and how waivers can support your loved one.

Advanced Waiver Part 2 Workshop we will:

• Guide participants on researching waivers, utilizing resources and understanding your rights and
responsibilities
• Discuss  the various waiver document Appendices, Due Process, Fair Hearing and More
