Ms. Logan has been a member of the Board of Directors from the beginning of Vision. she earned her BA from York College of Pennsylvania in 1995 and her JD from Temple University in 1998. Since 1998 she has been the Senior Legal Assistant in the City of Philadelphia Law Department Claims unit.
